Returns Policy

At PartyMania Customer Satisfaction is of the highest importance. Accordingly, we have developed a Returns Policy to ensure that you are fully aware of your rights and our obligations to you with respect to returns.

When will I be entitled to a refund, exchange or credit?

You will be entitled to a refund, exchange or credit where -

  • you are not completely satisfied with your purchase (‘change of mind’)
  • the product is faulty or does not fit for the purpose that products of that kind are commonly bought
  • the product does not match the sample or description advertised on our website; or
  • we are required to do so under any relevant laws.

In the event that you believe that any of the above apply to you and consequently, you believe that you are entitled to a refund, exchange or credit, you must provide us with the following -

  • your full name and address
  • the original order number; and
  • the reason for claiming the refund, exchange or credit.

Returning product/s to us

You must notify us by telephoning us on (07) 5478 5444 or complete our online ‘Contact Us’ form within five (5) days of receiving the product/s if you wish to return the product/s to us. Claims for refunds, exchanges or credits outside this time period will be at our discretion.

Once your return request is approved you must return the product/s within fourteen (14) days.

We reserve the right to assess the condition of the returned product/s prior to offering a refund, exchange or credit. This may result in a refund, exchange or credit being refused by us.

Condition of returned product/s

In order for us to provide you with a refund, all item/s must be in brand new, unused, unopened and re-saleable condition with all original outer packaging intact.

Product/s non Returnable

We regret that we are unable to accept returns for the following items unless the item is deemed to be and proven as faulty -

  • Custom and Personalised items
  • Helium Tanks
  • Partial Party Kits - Party Kits may only be returned complete, including all components originally specified within each kit. Party Kit components cannot be returned individually
  • Bulk Products
  • Special Order Items
  • Sale/Discounted Items
  • Seasonal Products (Halloween, New Years, Christmas)
  • Party Costumes - Due to Health and Safety Regulations (Please see measurements when ordering)
  • Seasonal Products (Halloween, New Years, Christmas)
  • Foil Balloons and Air Walker - Please ensure that these are filled by a professional balloon filler and proper care is taken when filling ie. Not too fast or overfilled as this can cause the foil to burst and PartyMania cannot be held responsible for incorrect third party balloon inflation.
  • Inflatable Products – Please ensure not to over inflate and do not place sharp objects inside which can also cause damage.

Returned packages

If for whatever reason you do not take delivery of your item/s or you have entered your address incorrectly and your order is returned to us you will be entitled to a refund (excluding original delivery charges and/or any return charges we have incurred and a small re-stocking fee) or we can resend your order and you will be responsible to pay for the new delivery charges.

Return of 'late' packages

You are responsible for ensuring that you allow enough time for your order to arrive given the shipping option you choose. Please allow 4-10 business days for your return delivery. Delivery times can be affected by circumstances beyond our control. Should your parcel arrive later than your event you may be entitled to a refund (excluding original delivery charges we have incurred and a small re-stocking fee)
